Teatrx started planning and designing for Choice Properties REIT. based on 3 goals for their meeting rooms:

Retractable cable cubby connections
The project was for 7 meeting spaces, which consisted of:
A/V - IT centralized infrastructure room
All the equipment was tied into Cisco Meraki network switch air-gapped from the corporate network which allowed Teatrx to manage equipment, receive notifications and maximize uptime. With our managed services we were able to capture data if devices went offline and we could proactively remotely remediate if possible or head to the location if needed. This allowed us to keep the meeting rooms up and running with reduced downtime.
Adoption was quick and swift, using two 45 minute training sessions to allow staff to ask questions and gain feedback. Quick reference sheets were also created, offering visual training documentation for staff.
