The company wanted the option for their tenants to book meeting rooms from the room itself or from their individual offices using the Microsoft Exchange environment on their corporate infrastructure. TEATRX uses a meeting management software called Ask Cody, Crestron hardware panels all coordinated through Microsoft Office 365 in an Exchange Environment.
