There are a variety of reasons that workers want to continue to work in a remote or hybrid environment instead of returning to the office fulltime. One reason that we continually come up against is that workers report that their home office environment simply works better then back at the office.
The reality is that when most of us transitioned home during the early days of the pandemic we were forced to increase our network capabilities and requirements to be able to handle multiple meetings in an online environment from any device. These upgrades happened at the home office but have yet to be completed in the office meeting rooms. Employees want to be able to walk into any meeting room and have immediate access to fast WIFI and connectivity from any device. This is at the very foundation of how we design meeting rooms!
