Well this little tip is sure to save you tons of scrolling time! If you're like me, I'm constantly searching in my chat messages to retrieve important pieces of information, this 'Save the message' function allows me to access important information so quickly.
Just hover over the three dots of the message you want to save. When it's time to retrieve it, just click on your initials on the top right bar and click 'Save,' voila, all your important messages in one place!
