Our rentable meeting space is available for booking Monday through Friday, with flexible options including a Morning Block from 8am to 12pm, an Afternoon Block from 1pm to 5pm, or a Full Day from 8am to 5pm.

Booking Instructions

Complete the Booking Form

Begin by clicking the "Booking Form" button. This will direct you to a form where you can provide all necessary details about your meeting requirements.

Await Our Response

Once you submit the form, sit back and relax! Our dedicated team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days. We aim to make this process as quick and efficient as possible.

Review & Confirm

After we've reviewed your request, you will receive an email from us containing our Facility Use Agreement and your Invoice. Please review these documents carefully to ensure everything aligns with your needs.

Secure Your Booking

To finalize your reservation, please pay the Invoice prior to your booking date. This step is crucial to confirm your spot and ensure everything is set for your meeting.

Enjoy Your Meeting!

On the day of your booking, simply show up and utilize our space as planned. We hope you have a productive and successful meeting!
